Recipe Ingredients:
20g agar-agar (soaked)
30g canned “Longan” in syrup (drained)
90g pudding premix (honeydew flavour)
120g caster sugar
800ml plain soy bean milk
100ml evaporated milk
600ml water
Garnishing:
some mango flesh cubes
some mint leaves
some red cherries
Method:
Bring the water to a boil, add in agar-agar and pudding premix, and cook for about 5 minutes until the agar-agar is dissolved. Pour in soy bean milk and evaporated milk, and add in sugar, cook until the sugar is completely dissolved.
Remove from heat, spoon the mixture into 6 prepared moulds evenly, place in “Longan”. Chill in the fridge. Serve cool.
